Thank you! :-)
Hi, I was surfing around and just found your site and your thesis, pretty interesting work.
Right now I'm planning my Master thesis about software evaluation and FOSS too. I'm looking to demonstrate that my university can substitute the proprietary software used for teaching a computer systems bachelor with FOSS based strictly on the required functionalities, and I believe your work will be a great help. Thank you so much.
If I finish it I'll try to send you a copy.
Cheers from northern Mexico.
Moodle experts
Hi Karin,
Congrats with your graduation.
I was wondering, do you know students at Tilburg Univ. (or in NL) or recent graduates that are familiar with Moodle and possibly would like to spend a few months living in Panama working at a language school starting up at Moodle site?
Our school (www.ilisa.com) has been in Costa Rica since 1987 and now opened a new school in Panama, at the City of Knowledge (www.cdspanama.org). Besides using Moodle, we're also setting up a new site using Typo3 (http://www.click4spanish.com) and plan on using HarvestRoad Hive as a CMS system (still figuring out the cost).
Anyway, if you know of somebody or want to forward this message to potential candidates or the TU 'stage' office, feel free to do so.
Ahh, and feel free to answer in Dutch.
Groetjes,
Thorwald Westmaas
